TAKE IT TO THE EEOC :)
Maybe not all you need to win...
The massive violation of the EEOC laws that occurred over my time at Phoenix LiDAR Systems broke my heart, but I stayed to try and make it better, it mainly just destroyed me and crushed a lot of other employees in the process too. I did file my case with the EEOC about 6 month ago, after being diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and being given a optimistic 13 months to live, figuring at that point I really had nothing to lose (others have simply signed away and taken a severance package with the mandate that they cannot pursue the company litigiously).
Below I have tried to compile a set of documents that will assist the government in pursing the violations perpetuated on the employees of Phoenix LiDAR Systems and perhaps end the reign of terror of Grayson Omans, Ben Adler and Rob Dannenberg.
PS Don't forget to request the audio recordings (operations meetings, management meetings and the office in general (note: Texas may be a one party consent state but if you are NOT a party to the conversation you recorded you best have a damn good justification for it - YES EVEN AT YOUR OWN COMPANY), it was the one set of things I could never find where they kept them to download.
