WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!

On September 6th, 2022 Richard Terry (Insured with USAA) proceeded through a yield sign to merge on 183 in Austin, Texas, the green light arrow allowed for the double turn lane on Anderson Mill to have the right away, the result (in pictures below) was my teenage son being railed along with my beautiful Honda Accord Sport Turbo 2.0. What came next was even more ridicullous.

After multiple calls and waiting for two month to get the car fixed, all without USAA paying for a rental or anything (single mom here so not rich - had to borrow an old work car for part of it) then rented as I could afford, caught rides to work w friends and finally bought a second car (paying for two cars as a single parent not fun) finally filing in small claims court to try and get money. As I write this on February 24th, 2024 we still have not been to court and I have not seen a dime.

Please note Richard Terry paid his deductible one month after the accident and his car was immediately paid for and fixed. Must be nice. My Dad is a Vietnam Vet, they claim to be such a great company (Texas company too) and are getting rich off the backs of men and women who serve our country and they do this stuff????

If you fee the need to share this or over load their system with emails then God Bless You! I will more than likely be dead before they do the right thing, luckily I put my son on the law suit too soooooo maybe he will see the day LOL
